We’ve rounded up a few or our favourite Signature Cocktail recipes from our bartenders and have added a couple new festive ones! If you’ve grabbed our Ravens Rations Bitters, these will be perfect for you to whip up for your Holiday Festivities!

Ravens Negroni:

  • 2oz Gin
  • 3/4oz Campari
  • 1/2oz Dry or Sweet Vermouth
  • 3 Droppers Orange Bitters
  • Garnish with candied orange wheel or flamed orange peel

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes. Traditionally garnished with a flamed orange peel, but we use candied orange wheels for a festive flair!

 

Harvest Punch:

  • 2oz Ravens Vodka
  • 1oz Triple Sec
  • 3oz Cranberry Juice
  • 2oz Orange Juice
  • 2 droppers Spiced Bitters
  • Ginger Beer

Shake everything but the ginger beer over ice, strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a cinnamon stick.

 

Cranberry Smash:

  • 2oz Vodka
  • ½ oz Triple Sec
  • 3oz Cranberry Juice
  • ½ oz rosemary simple syrup
  • Ginger Beer or Soda

Shake everything but the ginger beer/soda over ice, strain into a rocks or wine glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer or soda water. Garnish with fresh cranberries and pair with a turkey dinner!

 

Sage Advice:

  • 2oz Gin
  • 1oz Amaretto
  • 2oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1oz Lemon Juice
  • 6 sage leaves

Shake all ingredients over ice, strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with sage leaf and cranberry skewer!

 

White Christmas Martini

  • 2oz  vodka
  • 2oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1oz white creme de cacao
  • 1oz heavy cream
  • 2 droppers Spiced Bitters
  • coarse sanding sugar or crushed candy cane for rim garnish

Rim martini glass with sugar or crushed candy cane. Shake all ingredients over ice, strain into martini glass.

 

Cranberry Old Fashioned

  • 3oz quality bourbon whiskey
  • 1oz cranberry simple syrup*
  • 3 droppers Orange bitters
  • Garnish with orange peel, fresh cranberries, and rosemary

In a serving glass with ice, stir together the bourbon, cranberry simple syrup, and bitters. Garnish with orange peel, fresh cranberries, and rosemary.

*Cranberry Simple Syrup – In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water, 1 cup of sugar, and one cup of fresh cranberries to a boil. Once boiling, cook for 4-5 minutes. Strain with a fine mesh sieve. Cool before serving.

This simple syrup recipe can be used for any falvouring! Try orange peel for a citrus syrup, cinnamon and clove for a spiced syrup, or rosemary for a delightful herb syrup!
