Head Brewer Nick Fengler, a Fraser Valley local and resident, with his vast knowledge and creativity, was brought on to help create beers that focus on utilizing traditional and locally sourced ingredients to produce European inspired West Coast beers.
Our commitment to working with our neighbours in using locally sourced ingredients has created the Ground to Glass series of beers. Each of the beers will feature ingredients grown with in the Fraser Valley. Starting with our Raspberry Hefeweizen with whole raspberries picked within 3 kilometers of the brewery, the Ground to Glass beers hope to showcase the bounty of the local community.
